NESSI-Grid SRA 3.0 is about to come – What are the new contents in SRA 3.0? How did the community involvement process operate? Who was involved? How is your contribution going to be incorporated?
Come and meet your fellow contributors during the NESSI-Grid cocktail served at the NESSI Office.
Discover and discuss the different view points that emerged and celebrate the success of the Community Involvement Process carried out to collect inputs for the NESSI-Grid SRA 3.0 – at the NESSI-Grid Community event, organised on the 22nd September 2008 – in the evening of the Concertation Days organised by the European Commission.
The interim 2.5 release of the NESSI- Grid Strategic Research Agenda was published in June 2008. As with release 2.0, prior to publication of release 3.0, we carried out an Open Community Involvement Process during which many different contributions were collected. As a project, NESSI-Grid comes to an end on 30th October 2008 – but the Grid contribution and community process will live on through the NESSI European Technology Platform.
Attendance is free but pre-registration if compulsory. Due to limited capacity and the need to organize the logistics of the cocktail where beverages and sandwiches will be served, we strongly encourage early registration. Please confirm your attendance by email to office@nessi-europe.eu by 18/09/2008.
The NESSI Office is located close to the Diamant Centre where the European Concertation Days are taking place (the NESSI-Grid event will take place immediately after the first day of the Concertation meeting on September 22nd) – detailed instructions and map will be provided to you upon registration.
